[AccessD] getting data out of an internet page

To do this manually, you can right-click on the data area, then select
'Export to Excel' in the menu list.

My internet phone bill comes with a neatly laid out list of phone calls.
AFAICT it is not a table however.  I am wondering if there is a way to
"extract" that data into a spreadsheet or table (other than building a
programmed parser).
