[AccessD] References in Access/ office VBA

Hi
 
For some reason when I click on the references menu in Access (any) or
any Office app VBA, I get an "error getting access to the system
registry" (translated from dutch). I do not get into the list after that
error, and that gives me a serious problem.
 
I suspect this to come from wrong permissions in my registry but I have
no clue where to start looking.
 
Can someone point me in the right direction?
