Sorry for being so late on the thread, but I'm curious why the big fuss over
popup or not.  The popup property on a form only does something if it's the
only popup form on display.  Other popup forms can receive the focus over
it.

If you are just looking for a way to push it to the head (or the back) of
the window order, there are easier ways to do this other then with the popup
property.

My client had the idea and knows a little about Access so I told him to go
ahead and see what he could do.  He ran into a kind of dead end.  I suspect
that there's a different way to get done what he needs.  The app was
developed with all unmaximized forms.  The first form I modified I maximized
and that gave him a lot more real estate.  He also likes the ADH form
resizing code which I put into one of the forms.  So we're trying to make
the look of the app consistent.  Anyway, this item is now on the 'B'
list.
