[AccessD] How to create a form with the VBA ExtensibilityLibrary

That is what I was after.  I have delved into that stuff before and never
found a way to programmatically save.

The same way as when the module is added "by hand": you click on Save.
I don't know if there is a programmatic way of doing that!
