[AccessD] How to create a form with the VBA ExtensibilityLibrary

Jim, CreateForm does not seem to be useful for me, as I want to make a
simple copy ofa template form. However, I just found that:
DoCmd.CopyObject, "frmNew", acForm, "frmTemplate" do the job I want.
