Yes.  your FE is not an application (executable file), it's just a 
collection of objects and code which are called by an application 
(MSAccess.exe).  

 You still need to run the application  on the workstation and 
MSAccess.exe  won't run unless it is installed with all the 
appropriate registry entries.
