Hi Susan, This feels like kind of cheating...........I went into the main queries, limited the number of records to the top 5, then saved each query, created an mde and deployed the application using the developer extensions. Worked great. Now the application will only show 5 records. Susan H. HI, I know that I have in the past sent a demo out limiting the number of records that can be input. It seems that I have misplaced the code............. I have autonumbers as key fields on a lot of the tables. A validation rule would be a simple fix, but Autonumber fields do not have validation rules. Anyone have a suggestion? -- AccessD mailing list AccessD at databaseadvisors.com http://databaseadvisors.com/mailman/listinfo/accessd Website: http://www.databaseadvisors.com
