[AccessD] Newer Common Dialog Box

I posted this a while back and never heard back from anyone.

I've been using comdlg32.ocx for years. 

Now I would like to use the newer one I see when I try to open a file using
something like Word 2002.

Anyone have code for the new common dialog?
