You can use an input mask on the field in your form which would be...

Is there a format string that one can use to combine date and time format,
to guide the user? I want to combine medium date format and medium time
format into one format for the whole field but I can't seem to get it right.
I want the formatted data to look like this:
30-Sep-07 5:30 PM
It seems silly to use two fields to achieve this but I can't get the correct
format string to just use one.
