[AccessD] What problems converting A2K3 mdb to A2K7?

Susan,
If the ribbon had been there all along, everyone would like it.  Don't 
you think it's just the change that people object to?  Once we get used 
to it, we'll gripe when we have to use an older version that doesn't 
have it.  I know I've been guilty of such gripes, anyway.  :)
