[AccessD] Access or SQL Server Express to web

Susan,

Depends what you mean by "small".  I have a number of sites where 
clubs/schools enter the results of sports games.  This is ASP.Net 
application running against MDB database, and goes sweet as pie.

Another option to consider, these days (Access 2007) is SharePoint.
