[AccessD] Visio File Mappings

As I recall, there's a wizard in the appropriate version that will build
this after you feed it the necessary target database.

You need to use the correct version of Visio - Technical or Professional
- I think.

You can set up a diagram of tables with fields and relationships, but
exactly how I don't remember.

tables/fields from sql but I don't remember how.
