[AccessD] Office Access 2003 SP3

I installed it.  No problems.  Seems to be completely transparent.

I have held off so far in installing Off2003 SP3.

I'm looking now to get an idea of how many folks have put their toe in the
water and installed it and what their results are. 
Or, are we all just waiting, and for what.
