[AccessD] Missing references

I don't think you have ever mentioned what reference was missing?

Hey Bryan,

Moved app to new machine...and had to goto TOOLS---REFERENCES...and to
correct missing references...trying to avoid this step for end users.

This I got it with some code from Gustave.
