[AccessD] Read-Only Tables

You can do this with Access User Level security.

Is there a way to let users create their own reports & queries but
locking down the tables so they can't change the data? The data needs to
be read-only. If you make the database read-only, it grays out 'new' so
they can't create the queries or reports.
