Yep. WINWORD's in the task manager when I open Word manually. What versions? I just tried it, stepping through the code, and winword was still there, even after I hit and passed the Set objWord = Nothing line. I tried in on WinXPP with A2K and W2K. Just for the hell of it, if you aren't sing the same versions as me, open Word manually and see if winword is in the task manager.
