I can verify and recommend the SyncToy Power Toy for WinXPP.

I use it to sync my laptop e-mail folder with the one on my desktop
and it works like a charm. Actually it was the only one I could get to
work wirelessly. All the others would continually drop the wireless
network connection about 1/2 way through the transfer.
