I just thought this recently released remote software tool from Joel Spolsky
might be useful for remote client debugging Copilot 2.0
Might be easier than PC-Anywhere and possibly cheaper.
You pay by the day or month to troubleshoot and fix
 customers' computers as if they were your own

The client  and  user each connect to a browser web site
http:// www.copilot.com
and enter a 12 digit key and download a desktop program.
Connects machines with encrypted SSL through server.
