[AccessD] check for file in ftp site

I am wanting to log into an ftp site, look thru all the txt files (only txt
files), and download all files that are new since the last check.

The files are all numbered sequentially so I can parse out the numbers to
determine what files are new.

However, I could use some assistance in looping thru the txt file names.
