[AccessD] Bold tabs

In Design Mode, select the tab control (not one of the tabs).  Then push the
Bold formatting button.

I used to know how to do this. (My senior moments seem to be increasing in
their frequency day by day by day!) I want to bold-face the tab strings. I
cannot remember how I achieved this before.
