[AccessD] Does MSA2007 behaves well if on a machine with MSA 1997 and MSA 2000 and MSA2003?

More of an annoyance, rather than a serious misbehaviour, but there is a 
problem with an extremely long delay in the process when you switch 
between using Access 2007 and other versions.
