Visual Studio Tools for Microsoft Office is the only way to get the
Access 2003 Developer Extensions, unless you'd rather purchase VS2003
Pro.

The Access 2003 Developer Extensions are part of the new Visual Studio
Tools for the Microsoft Office System software package. 

Jim are you saying that rather than just purchasing the Access 2003
Developer Extensions, I should be purchasing the "whole
enchillada",Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System software
package
