Does anyone know how to merge text, to create a reference to a named cell in excel? I am trying to pull in Cell A1="V:\Finance\GL_Sched\Assoc\[124.01 Clearing.xls]!" Cell A2="May" I want to merge the two: V:\Finance\GL_Sched\Assoc\[124.01 Clearing.xls]!May Which would reference a cell, named "May" on another worksheet. When I try this, no matter what I do...excel treats this as text....and won't bring back the value of "May" from the other worksheet. Anyone know what I can do? Thanks, Keith E. Williamson | Assist.
