Woohooo!!!!! I never said it was easy but it is possible. One thing I discovered is that it became much easier after I gave up drinking n partying. That is when I would start again. It is critical to never again think "I can have just one" because you can't. Congrats on your 11 weeks. BTW, I stopped in 1986 and I STILL have dreams occasionally, both about cigarettes and about the other stuff. John W.
