Is there a way to format the number too? I want it to show 7,400. Hi Virginia, varValue = Nz(varValue,0) OR sngValue = Nz(qry_nonpurchase!SumOfUnits,0) OR Nz(tbl_InventoryCurrent!Units,0) - Nz(qry_nonpurchase!SumOfUnits,0) -Nz(qry_purchase!SumOfUnits,0) Look up NZ in Access Help - it gives the whole story. BOL!
