[AccessD] Code modules off the screen

Try selecting Cascade from the window menu and then exit Access. With any
luck that will do the trick.

Suddenly I am getting the top of the code module hidden up under the
toolbars at the top of the screen when I open a module in the vb editor.

Any clue where that might be stored (registry entries?) and how to get it to
fix itself?
