Navigate further back from that folder to the wwwroot folder and it's
probably listed there. Since security settings are, by default, inherited
that account will have the same privileges. 

Unfortunately, that is not a recommended security practice since you want to
limit the IUSR account with full control on a specific folder.

	But it doesn't explain why the same code works on my desktop machine
when the IUSR_MACHINENAME acount is not even listed as a user with
permissions on the copy of that folder on the desktop machine.
