[AccessD] Dates - Great Smokey Mountains AccessD Conference

Folks, we should start fielding ideas for when you would like the conference
to be.  I cannot do it until after spring break, we have a house full of
relatives scheduled.  After that I am open.

A holiday weekend would be good but I think the spring is kinda short on
long weekends.  Anyway, throw out your suggestions and let's get the ball
rolling.
