My notebook is giving me blue screens, so I moved Outlook to another machine. Now I have to set it up again. Who designed this beast? The mail transferred in the PST. The contacts transferred. The email accounts did not. The look did not. I am totally lost trying to figure out how to make the damned thing operate the way it used to. Using the registry is a GREAT CONCEPT, but in operation just sucks. Note to self, if I am ever going to use the registry to store operational settings, provide a "move" method for taking those settings to a new machine. Note to Microsoft, DO THE SAME!!! Note to Microsoft, provide a SINGLE PLACE to go find ALL SETTINGS for a single thing. Stuff is scattered from here to hell and back. I found this. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA010549451033.aspx Can you BELIEVE THIS!!! Let's spend the whole damned day moving your email from one place to another. Rant mode off Don't have a signature, haven't found that yet. John W. Colby
