I'm guessing that Access queries the lists of tables and forms etc., but what about the custom items you add? And suppose that I decide to hide some objects? Where is that information stored? And finally, has anyone created a wizard that will convert Switchboard Items into this new format? If not, then I will, when I figure out where this information lives.
