[AccessD] VB.Net - seeing the messagebox

I have to wonder if .NET doesn't have this built-in somehow.  They are all
about avoiding programming to API calls.

If the MB isn't working, how about displaying a custom form  and setting
it's z-order to "TOPMOST" with the SetWindowPos API call.
