[AccessD] Revert from Office Ribbon to Classic Menus

For those of you who don't want to switch to Office 2007 Ribbon Menus
immediately. Here is a $30 Office Addin that uses old Office 2003 style 
menus.
I haven't tried it, I prefer the keyboard awash in tears
