I would tend to agree with your reservations for not doing this. Sometimes its dangerous to "think out loud" but that is essentially what I'm doing here. I try to be somewhat flexible and investigate the reasons (beyond the obvious) of why I shouldn't do something. My personal opinion is that Outlook is a "mess".
