[AccessD] How to repair corrupt database

Saw a couple of responses from folks claiming that OpenOffice cleared up a
corrupted Word file when Word wouldn't. Don't shoot me, I'm just the
messenger.

OpenOffice is an open-source "competitor" to MS Office, and I don't see how
it figures into this discussion. I use it on my Linux box, and AFAIC it is
irrelevant to this discussion.
