[AccessD] How to repair corrupt database

OpenOffice Writer can open and save Word Docs, so I can see how it
could possibly "repair" corrupt Word docs.

However, OO Base (the database in OpenOffice) cannot open Access MDBs.
So unfortunately not an option in this case.
