Hi Rocky, If you're using an Exchange server with Outlook clients, there is a way for the Exchange administrator to turn off those messages. I haven't done it, by the IT folks at my last company did. That was about 5 yrs ago. I found a program on the web which disabled this message but I can't find the program or the link. I think I may have gotten the lead from this list but the archives are down so I can't check. Does anyone remember the name of that routine?
