Yes. Put it on a different system would be my recommendation. They don't play well together. Outlook will definately not work in multiple versions on the same system. The other Office 2007 apps will cause a "install" step every time you try to open something in the 2003 version. If you have another system to play with the Office 2007 stuff on I would load them there instead of on your primary system.
