[AccessD] A2K7 Navigation Pane

It replaces both the database window and also acts as a customizable
navigation window. Think of it like the navigation pane in Outlook. Once you
learn how to customize it, I think it's very cool. I have habitually used
the Switchboard Manager prior to this, and although it took me some time to
figure out exactly how to use the navigation pane, I vastly prefer it.
