[AccessD] Professional Liability Insurance Coverage

...a word of caution here ...incorporation protection varies significantly 
by state and structure you choose ...some states protect your "homestead" 
including personal property ...some protect only up to a set value ...and in 
some states if you are the primary beneficiary of a privately held 
corporation, especially a "c", you may not really have any corporate shield 
at all ...if you have any doubts, the best advice is to call your lawyer for 
an answer.
