[AccessD] consulting fees

If I find the source of a problem and go 'oops' or 'crap', then it's a
bug. Otherwise, it's a design change.

My 2 cents...

A bug is something that doesn't work as agreed upon when delivered or
something that was specifically spelled out in a contract beforehand and
not
delivered with correct functionality.

A bug is not something that doesn't work according to what the client
wants
after the client has approved the initial functionality (6 months or 3
years
later). It is also not something that stops working correctly due to an
Operating System change, additional software installations (including MS
updates) or an infrastructure change (such as networking issues). To be
more
specific, if something worked correctly upon delivery and doesn't work
correctly in the future - it is not a bug. It is a failure of function
due
to unforeseen changes in the application's environment.

Jim mentioned bug fixes ... Do we have opinions on whether you charge
for
them or not?
