[AccessD] SQL between

John,

Can you say more about the context in which you are seeing this problem.

As far as I know, there has been no change in the behaviour of 
Between...And in Access 2003, and it certainly is inclusive for me, in 
query criteria, and in SQL strings constructed in VBA.
