[AccessD] form doesn't save

=======It's just an example of "how-to" Charlotte, not something I have to 
actually make work, but I didn't know the bit about being in Design view to 
permanently change the value list -- that would make perfect sense. I hadn't 
thought to check that, just figured it was the Save method -- something I 
was doing wrong.
