How are you sending it? If you put it on a CD, it will be normally readonly by default and they have to copy it to their hard drive and set the read-only file attribute to false. We have gone through this process a couple of times and I am not sure what is going on. I have just suggested a Make-Table query and hopefully that will solve the problem.
