[AccessD] Office 2003 SP3

Well it looks like the update was part of Microsoft's weekly putsch (pun
intended!) cause my Outlook 2003 is happily sporting an SP3 in
Help-->About.  Who knew?

=======Mine isn't, and I've rebooted twice. :(
