[AccessD] A2K - Locking Problem

What about rebooting the pc that the problem appears on.  In my case, it
never affected the backend (server), just the pc.
Or are you saying that the user does not have a frontend/backend setup and
that each pc uses the same single mdb over the network?

The IT department refuses to reboot the server the mdb resides on.  They
want to complain about a problem, but won't do one thing I've asked them to
do.
