Bummer. I'll forward your post to my publisher and see what's what.  I know
the local Barnes and Noble was supposed to have it.  And it has been
released.  It's on Amazon as well as the Apress site. But cheaper on Amazon.

I went to Border's this weekend to look for your book.  They said it hasn't
been released yet?  Are there certain stores it is available in now...or
