[AccessD] Report Troubles

The first problem is that when I go to set the format for a text box the
drop down list is empty. The report also ignores the format settings. 

 

Second problem. I put the following as the control source for a text box
in the report footer and it returns a value of #error#. 

=Sum([qry Estimated MTD Oil Sales by Manifold]!BOPD)

This is the query the report is based on.

 

Do I have a corrupt report?
