[AccessD] Need reason document for default format

Read Barbara Mende's email in AccessD from today at 2:29 PM.  And
Charlotte's email in AccessD from today at 3:59 PM.

I store all my access 2003 (2k3) databases in 2000 format

I know there is a tech reason not to go to 2k3 format 
and I can not find the documentation.  
Anyone have a link to this.  I just need to justify why.
