Access prejudice can run deep! I was in a meeting once where the Director of Applications of a global company told everyone that Access is a 'personal productivity device' and Excel 'is a database'. My customer (from a different department) had asked me before the meeting to 'just listen'. That's all I did but keeping quiet after that was truly challenging.
