As Gustav says, you can't. If you want a "page header" for a subreport, put it in a group header then manipulate its settings to make it show up. Be aware though, that the parent report's "page" and the subreport's "page" have no relationship whatsoever. In extreme cases, you wind up creating dummy groups to show or hide headers, so that when one group header is visible, the other is not and vice versa.
